He instalado macports y luego he hecho 'sudo port install nautilus' para instalar nautilus, que funciona bien. Ahora no estoy seguro de cómo ejecutar nautilus: no hay ninguna aplicación en las aplicaciones, y si hago 'nautilus' desde la terminal, simplemente se producen muchos errores.
