MacBook duerme al azar después de despertarse

Mi MacBook Pro a menudo duerme de forma aleatoria después de despertarse (las pantallas se apagan y se despierta inmediatamente después o se debe activar presionando una tecla).

He notado que esto sucede a menudo justo después de activar el mac, pero creo que también sucedió durante el uso normal, sin ninguna razón aparente (no se presiona ninguna tecla en el momento en que la computadora se apaga).

Algunos detalles sobre el MacBook:

  • La MacBook ejecuta macOS High Sierra 10.13.1;
  • El modelo es MacBook Pro (15 pulgadas, 2017);
  • Se conecta una pantalla externa Thunderbolt 2 mediante un adaptador Thunderbolt 3 a Thunderbolt 2;
  • Conecto mi iPhone a través de un puerto USB que se conecta a la MacBook a través de la pantalla Thunderbolt. No puedo confirmar si el teléfono estaba enchufado cuando ocurrió el evento.
  • Por lo general, mantengo mi MacBook conectado a una fuente de alimentación durante el uso, lo que significa que la mayoría, si no todos estos eventos, han ocurrido mientras están enchufados a la alimentación. Sin embargo, estos factores pueden no estar relacionados.

Me las arreglé para capturar los registros de pmset -g log que creo que están alrededor del evento (no puedo estar seguro de que estos registros correspondan exactamente al evento pero al mirar el registro parece corresponder a lo que experimenté, con la pantalla) apagando y volviendo a encender inmediatamente después de eso):

Lo primero que intentaría es reiniciar tanto la NVRAM como el SMC.

Antes de seguir los pasos a continuación, asegúrate de que no hay ningún hardware externo conectado y de que estás utilizando el teclado integrado .

Restablecer la NVRAM en un modelo MacBook Pro 2017

Para restablecer la NVRAM en todos los modelos de MacBook Pro 2017 (con y sin Touch Bar) sigue estos pasos:

  1. Cierre su MBP. Sí, un cierre completo, no solo el cierre de sesión.
  2. Presione el botón de encendido y luego presione de inmediato el comandoption p r teclas.
  3. Mantén presionadas estas teclas durante al menos 20 segundos.
  4. Suelte las teclas y deje que su MBP se reinicie normalmente.

Nota: cuando vuelva a iniciar sesión, may deberá reajustar algunas de las preferencias de su sistema (p. ej., volumen de altavoces, resolución de pantalla, inicio) selección de disco, información de zona horaria, etc.).

Restablecer el SMC

Hay un par de maneras en que puedes restablecer el SMC en tu MBP, sin embargo, prefiero los siguientes pasos:

  1. Cierre su MBP
  2. Mantenga el cable de alimentación enchufado
  3. Presione al mismo tiempo Shiftoption control (en la parte izquierda del teclado) y el botón de encendido y mantenga presionadas estas teclas durante al menos 10 segundos
  4. dejar ir
  5. Enciende tu computadora nuevamente con el botón de encendido
