Mac desplazará cualquier ventana en la que se encuentre el cursor, ya sea que esté en primer plano o no. Ni siquiera necesitas que el cursor esté sobre la barra de desplazamiento, en cualquier lugar de esa ventana.
La única excepción a esto es si su cursor está dentro de un área específicamente desplazable dentro de la ventana, como en el siguiente ejemplo: esto anulará la ventana principal scroll & desplácese en esa área específica en su lugar.
