MBP despertando aleatoriamente de la suspensión / hibernación

Tengo una Macbook Pro de mediados de 2010. Durante muchos meses he estado ejecutando una versión de Yosemite sin problemas, pero me actualicé a 10.10.5 esta semana. Creo que estaba ejecutando 10.10.3 antes, pero no recuerdo exactamente. Debe haber sido eso o más abajo, ya que la razón por la que estaba actualizando era para poder instalar Xcode 7.

Desde entonces, se ha despertado del sueño a intervalos aparentemente aleatorios. Tiene una unidad de DVD que hace ruido cuando se despierta, y despertó a mi novia y yo a las 2 am anoche. Hiberné la máquina usando DeepSleep , que pensé que sería el final de la misma. Pero, para mi sorpresa, esta mañana se despertó parcialmente de la hibernación para hacer ruido, aunque cuando fui a comprobarlo, parecía que había vuelto a la hibernación y requería que se presionara el botón de encendido para volver a encenderlo, después de lo cual se restableció. Estado normalmente.

Anoche, la máquina no tenía periféricos enchufados, a excepción de la alimentación de CA. La conexión Bluetooth estaba activada, pero ninguno de los dispositivos emparejados estaba activado. "Activar para acceso a la red" se habilitó en las preferencias de ahorro de energía. No tengo programaciones para dormir o activar configuradas en las preferencias del sistema.

Definitivamente no estaba usando ningún dispositivo HI a las 2AM, así que es extraño. No sé cuál es el trato con RTC / Mantenimiento.

Desde entonces, deshabilité el poder de Bluetooth y "Wake para acceso a la red", pero quiero estar seguro de que esto está solucionado y no volver a despertarnos en medio de la noche. Supongo que por ahora puedo apagar la máquina por completo o colocarla en una habitación diferente hasta que se solucione. O lo que se entiende por "/ Usuario" como el motivo de activación, ya que tampoco estaba usando mi computadora a las 5:30 a.m.
