¿Verificar el cifrado de Time Machine desde la línea de comandos?

¿Es posible verificar si un volumen de Time Machine dado (por ejemplo, devuelto por tmutil machinedirectory ) tiene activado el cifrado? Esto es para el cumplimiento normativo, por lo que debe ser completamente programable.

Si conoce el UUID antes de montar el disco, puede usar:

diskutil coreStorage list XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

Esto dará el siguiente resultado.

Logical Volume Family XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

Si conoce el punto de montaje del disco, puede obtener el UUID con el siguiente comando.

diskutil info /MOUNTPOINT | grep UUID | awk '{print $3}'

Y si no conoce el punto de montaje, siempre puede ejecutar

diskutil coreStorage list

Un MacMini con dos unidades cifradas (Macintosh SSD y Backup Mini) dará el siguiente resultado.
