Mi MacBook Pro se desconecta del wifi de la oficina cuando otras personas se unen a la red

Recientemente cambié de oficina. La nueva oficina está ubicada en el centro de la ciudad, por lo que hay múltiples puntos de acceso, tanto controlados por la empresa como externos.

La conexión inalámbrica de la computadora portátil se desconecta poco después de que me conecte a la red por la mañana. También parece desconectarse cuando grupos de personas se unen a la red a lo largo del día (como, después de las reuniones). No tengo este problema en otras redes.

El problema solo ocurre con las computadoras portátiles Mac en nuestra red. Los dispositivos con Linux, Windows y Android parecen estar conectados.

También tengo este problema constantemente en mi oficina. Algunos días son más frecuentes que otros. Después de leer varios temas, llegué a la conclusión de que el adaptador inalámbrico en Mac es más susceptible al ruido de la red (cuando muchos dispositivos están conectados a una red), luego se cae (a veces se tarda un poco en conectarse). Puedes hacer uno de los siguientes enfoques.

  1. Vaya a Menú de Apple - > Preferencias del sistema - > Red , seleccione Wifi y en la configuración

  • Cambie el canal de radio del enrutador a 2.4Ghz. Asegúrese de que su punto de acceso Wi-Fi esté configurado para elegir automáticamente el mejor canal de radio para usar, ya que su entorno de radio cambia constantemente y el punto de acceso debe poder hacer frente a esto.

  • Si su Macbook Pro no tiene conector Ethernet, debe obtener un adaptador Ethernet para evitar la frustración.
